  The room was nice but the towels had yellow spots on them and smelt like urine. In the morning we had no hot water for a shower. I think this hotel allows pets because I saw several. I guess now you have to say you want a non-smoking room and a non-pet room.

  I reserved my room over the Internet through Travelocity. I think because I was not there in person to register, they assigned me one of their worst rooms. It was on the other side of the pool. We had to walk quite aways. The mattress was very hard on both beds. Our backs were very sore the next morning. The bathroom was real small. Barely enough room to sit. To open the door we had to lean over the tub. Very frustrating!!! One of the worst rooms I've had in a long time.

  We required a refrigerator when we booked the room and did not get one until several days later, my wife is diabetic and we need one to store her insulin.
  
  The whole place had a run down look did not feel very secured.

  The front desk was friendly but the housekeeping service lacks. We were gone for the whole day Sunday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. The front desk did comp our second day there due to this oversight but we found numerous other nice facilities close to this one. There is lots to see in San Angelo and I will go back again and stay elsewhere.

  The front desk was friendly but the housekeeping service lacks. We were gone for the whole day Sunday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. The front desk did comp our second day there due to this oversight but we found numerous other nice facilities close to this one. There is lots to see in San Angelo and I will go back again and stay elsewhere.
