  We were very pleased with the size of the room. Our room was clean: carpet, bathroom, bed, everything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Waffles, cereals, pasteries, toast, juice, coffee, etc. The WiFi worked really well. The staff were not overly friendly but answered our questions and were prompt to come and assist. The internet price was really good. The area felt safe and was easy to find and near many of the things we wanted to see.

  I was thrilled to see that you can get a nice room, clean and comfortable in a pleasant hotel near the Opryland convention center without paying an arm and a leg. Great value for the money. I would definitely stay there again. Easy to get to and close to everything.

  Excellent room for the price. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good as was the woman who was working at the breakfast. Only thing I did not like was being charged for using a safe that is in the room-it is nice to have a safe but it should definitely be included in the price. Ours did not work at all so the price was deducted by the gal at the desk-wish I knew her name as she was a sweetheart. Also they suggested Tommys tours and it was great!!!

  STAFF WAS ACCOMMODATING ABOUT TAKING US TO AND FROM OPRYLAND HOTEL, PRICE INCLUDED IN 10 FEE TO & FROM AIRPORT. THEY SUGGESTED TOMMY'S TOURS, WHICH WAS EXCELLENT, AND TRANSPORTATION INTO NASHVILLE AND TO SHOWS. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. LOCATION WAS GREAT. WE DID SPEND A LOT OF TIME AT THE OPRYLAND HOTEL SIGHTSEEING.

  Nice,clean room, beautiful lobby and good cont. breakfast. We enjoyed our stay, the room had everything one would want. You might think about having the safe available upon request and everyone would not have to pay for them that don't need them but this was no big deal. I will stay with you again and tell my friends about you.
