  We are just happy customers when it comes to your Hampton Inn On The River in Pigeon Forge, Tn. The way you treat your customers with such Southern hospitality. The cleanliness of the rooms, which is so important. Your wonderful coffee any time of the day and the full continental breakfast every morning is so nice. We hope you will always have a room for us when we call. Lastly, the location for us is GREAT. Thanks again Judy and Allan

  We were very pleased. the river view was nice, bed comfortable, room clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. we would stay there again.

  My family and I have been staying at Hampton Inn for many years, and we've never had a bad experience with this hotel. It's very clean, great location, and I love the pools and hot tub. The beds are comfortable, and I feel very safe in this hotel.

  Hampton inn's reservation site states that they are ""pet friendly"" so i booked this motel for two nights.i drove eight hours and found that they did not accept ...

  Hampton Inn's reservation site states that they are ""pet friendly"" so I booked this motel for two nights.I drove eight hours and found that they did not accept pets(no exceptions).They were not helpful in finding me other accommodations. DO NOT BOOK HAMPTON INNS WITHOUT A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM THE MOTEL IN QUESTION STATING THAT YOU HAVE A PET. It did look like a nice place other than that.
