  Stayed two nights and switched rooms after the first. both had lights out, A/C did not work in one. Bathroom fan did not work in one and it was hanging from the ceiling in the other. Doors in both rooms would slam shut and make a loud bang, was afrain it would break my kids hands if the got caught, and it was like that in many rooms because we heard banging doors all the time. The elevator smelled like rancid vomit and thre were stains on the carpets. Ovrtall the rooms were bad. The bright spot was the breakfast was very convenient. The staff was good at times and so-so at others. Would not stay there ever again.

  did not have a remote for the TV and desk could not get one Did not have enought towels and had to trade in any at desk to get more wallpaper and condition of motel starting to go downhill N one maning the the desk and had to wait to get help spa has been broken for a long time.

  I was impressed by the hospitality, the accomadations and the price. I have stayed at this property before, and I was planning another stay in this area, but decided to view some reviews first to see if the quality has changed. The reviews are not very accurate when describing the hotel nor the service. When I called the property to confirm information on their National website, the front desk agent was glad to see that I was a returning guest and was willing to help me find a room tailored to my needs. That was key in my decision to select this hotel. I was impressed by her willingness to assist, she was super friendly and accomadating. Once arriving at the hotel I was greeted by another front desk agent who was also very friendly. Check in time took less then 60 seconds I swear it was awesome. My suite was huge, I had a king size corner jacuzzi suite and I was blown away at the value.If this was a 4 star hotel I would easily pay 3 times as much. The furnishings matched and were in good shape. I had a slight housekeeping problem so I called the front desk, I was greeted by name (I thought only upscale hotels did this) and she said she would get someone down to correct. Once again they were on the ball, less than 60 seconds later housekeeping was at my door and corrected my issue. Then within 10 min the front desk called to make sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. (I thought only upscale hotels did this too) The bed has been mentioned in reviews below as being hard, not comfortable, covers too short etc. Well they must read reviews because my bed is perfect!

  After moving to the 3rd room the light between the bed was loose, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, the light in the bathroom flickered, the toilet ran - but it had a new air-conditioner. Actually, the staff was very nice and the hotel location is great.

  The room was not that bad, the bed were hard as a rock, our air didnt work, we got moved to 3 different rooms where none of the air conditioner ...

  The Room was not that bad, the bed were hard as a rock, our air didnt work, we got moved to 3 different rooms where none of the air conditioner work so we just managed with the window open. I would not say there again!!!!!!!!!
