  I was in Rochester for only 24 hours. I had a long day and I couldnt wait to get to my hotel room. I arrive early evening & exhausted from my day I just wanted to go to sleep. Entering into my room I was greeted with a bunch of leaves that obvisouly had blown in, the bath floor mat laying in foor by the bathroon. The bathroom was disgusting, toliet obivously had not been clean & the tub was dirty. Went to use the sink and the stopper was broken, only way to drain the water was to pull out the stopper. I had clorox wipes with me so I clean the toliet. The fault on my part was that I didnt complain, I was emotional & physically drain from my day I didnt have the energy to complain. The one thing I did know is that the bed had been made and look like clean sheets.

  I used to be a bit particular about hotels and wouldnt stay in anything that had outside door entrances to your room bc of safety, but since I got married I've had to open my mind to other options. This was a great hotel for the price and location and service. It was very clean, right off the hwy. In a safe location, I think there are about 5 other hotels within 2 blocks. Definitely would recommend.

  If you are not planning on spending a lot of time in these rather small, no frills rooms, this place is marginally adequate for a place to sleep and freshen up. Pros: Low price with easy access to expressway. Cons: The walls are thin allowing for extraneous noise from adjacent rooms to filter through. Beds are not very comfortable. There are no box springs on the bed; just a mattress on a platform frame.

  I was originally scheduled to stay at this hotel for 3 days. I left after 12 hours of being in this horrible hotel. People were drinking outside their hotel rooms, with extreme amounts of yelling. Car alarms were going off. I was itching all over my body, after climbing under the sheets. The tub and bathroom sink were clogged. This hotel was absolutely filthy and very unsafe for the average traveler. I left on Saturday morning and checked in at the Doubletree Hotel, which was a refreshing and safe change from the Red Roof Inn. I will not ever stay there again, nor will I recommend it.

  I've always been happy with stays under the Red Roof. The Henrietta location confirmed my confidence. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, great service at the desk. . .you couldn't ask for anymore for the price.
