  My wife, daughter and I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Cedar Park, Texas for 4 nights. We were attending a baptism for my newest grandchild that weekend. My son's house was full with other relatives so we decided to stay at the Comfort Inn because it was only about 2-3 miles away. Through research on the internet, I found out this 2 story motel has it's second floor divided into part smoking and part non-smoking. The first floor is entirely non-smoking. Ask for the first floor if possible. They do have an elevator. I'm 6'4" and the first thing I noticed when I wanted to take a shower was black mold where the wallpaper met the plastic tub encloser at about eye height for me. I figured the cleaning maid probably never looked up that high. When I called it to the managements attention, they cleaned it up immediately. The was a wet spot in the ceiling above the shower. I was told by the maintenance man that this was caused by a leaking air conditioner in the room above ours. The water in the toilet ran constantly. It was fixed after I mentioned it to the maintenance man. This motel is located about 50 yards from a railroad. In the time we were there I only saw 1 train that lasted about 10 minutes. I don't think I woul;d stay here again.
