  noisy parties at this hotel made our experience poor. A safe is located in the room, you have to pay for it whether you use it or not. Front Desk was totally uncooperative with this probrlem. "No we don't have a manager you can talk with, and you will have to call accounting!"

  Have stayed at this hotel many times, like the location & free valet parking. make sure your car is in the "secure" parking area. they don't have enough parking spaces ...

  Have stayed at this hotel many times, like the location & free valet parking. Make sure your car is in the "secure" parking area. They don't have enough parking spaces for hotel rooms. They were very busy on Sat night & our car was one that was chosen to be moved two blocks down to a city unsecure public parking area - without our knowledge & was vadalized & items stolen. They never told us until we went to get the car the next afternoon - staff was very helpful, but management WASN'T. Room was nice - they are in the process of painting.

  The downtown location is very good. free parking. a little less costly than others in the downtown. an ok continental breakfast and a computer in the lobby are all pluses. ...

  The downtown location is very good. Free Parking. A little less costly than others in the downtown. An ok continental breakfast and a computer in the lobby are all pluses. But the the rooms are very musty. An ok place, but not great.
