  If you are just going to stay in the bed then this is the hotel for you the bed was excellent. The food was very good and hot for breakfast. The hotel was undergoing remodeling which I did not know when trip was booked and it became a big disappointment. It was a family reunion for us and we booked at least eight rooms and several of the rooms unfortunately had large cockroaches in them or as the housekeeper said flying water bugs. They were also noticed by the breakfast area one day. With the heat in Dallas it would have been wonderful had the pool been opened and also the fitness room but neither was accesible for the guest. The carpet in the hallways were dirty and very disappointing was the new European showers that are installed in some of the rooms. They are half covered stand in showers that lets the water run al over the floor that the guest has to clean up or take the chance of falling and hiiting your head. On the upside of all of this the staff was very courteous.

  This facility is woefully understaffed. On a busy Sunday morning (wedding party in hotel) there was one desk clerk and no bell staff. A very nice but extremely inexperienced young man finally helped with my luggage after a hour's wait for a bellman.

  The Embassy Suites Dallas Park Central is in a good location for access to north Dallas and the Plano, Richardson, Garland area. it is clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very good, but not as good as other ES where I have stayed. They only served cheese or ham omlets. I did realize there were racquet ball courts until we got there, it would have been fun to play. All in all it's a good place to stay in that area of the city.

  My son and I stayed in this hotel when we traveled from Florida for a National TaeKwonDo tournament he was competing in. The staff was attentive and extremely helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean as is the rest of the hotel. When my friends and I travel for TKD or personal vacations, we always check for Embassy Suites in the area first. We've not been disappointed yet.

  Wait on a long line for ""hot"" breakfast-20-40 people ahead of you and slow service. Placement of utensils-on other side of line, so you have to walk through everyone to get utensils! Rubbery eggs and bacon. Weekend had lots of kids...running & yelling, morning and nite!
