  My husband was impressed with the check-in. No standing but an invitation to sit & check in. The room was small but super clean. 2 TVs...one remote. Breakfast was typical but included so no problem here. I would consider staying again.

  My wife & I plus our two kids had none of the poor experiences. The room was very large, very clean, and had nearly a full kitchen. No pest problems whatsoever. The breakfast was a typical continental (pastries, cereal, coffee) plus waffles, biscuits & gravy, and one meat. And there were no "hidden" charges applied to us. It has a great outdoor pool, hot tub, and a "lazy river" for kids to float on with inner tubes that are provided for free. (Kids loved it.) There's also an indoor pool & fitness center, which we never used. It's centrally located in Pigeon Forge, but is actually about a quarter mile off the main drag on some farmland. So it's much more quiet than the other hotels in the area. My only complaint was that the Internet access was not great. It is wireless, but the signal was quite weak in our room. I often went to the lobby with my iBook. It worked fine there. Otherwise... what's not to like?

  Our reservations was mixed up and they would not fix it. they said they would get the manager to call, but he never did. room was smoking also, what a ...

  our reservations was mixed up and they would not fix it. they said they would get the manager to call, but he never did. room was smoking also, what a smell. it was such a huge disappointment for my children. the room had a pest problem. ants everywhere. i went to the front dest to report this and the clerk was asleep. what a nightmare, we spent practically the entire weekend trying to fix their problem and mix up. we would have went to another hotel if they would have been honest, and quit trying to put it off on the manager (who I dont think actually exits)
