  Overall I was very satisified with the hotel and the experience. The only two drawbacks that I experienced were with the breakfast and bathroom. They stopped restocking the hot food at about 8:30 although was to go until 9:00. Bathroom was a little dated and there was some obvious water damage that should have been better repaired. Overall however I would recommend the hotel

  Would never have found it without GPS. Friday night - coke machine out of diet coke, when you pushed coke, you got Fanta orange. Room was nice but there was a huge spider web running from curtains to my suitcase by morning. Ironing board collapsed when I leaned to put iron on it. Room size nice. A/C did not work well - could not keep cool on with fan or auto. Didn't ruin my trip but I will not be using this hotel again or Travel online because my room rate per hotel was $* and Travel online goodbuy rate was $*. I know there has to be a profit but I used this service for years was was a little upset. Only good part was I was billed for two nights and the manager I spoke to at Travel online was very accomodating and straightened that out for me.

  We have a 2 year old that sleeps in a pack n' play when we travel. Our room had a space large enough to setup the pack n' play and he still had room to run and play. The one thing I did not like about the room was that there is not a separate dressing area with mirror outside of the bathroom. That is always convenient for us because I can put on my makeup while my husband has his steamy shower.

  On short notice, I booked this hotel for a quick trip to the Dallas area. The rates seemed reasonable and they listed a free breakfast in the morning, which was important. When I get up in the morning and ready to hit the road, I don't want to have to stop somewhere to get something to eat first thing in the morning. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very clean. The staff were nice and helpful. There were many extra touches that I wouldn't have expected in a hotel at this room rate. A very unexpected discovery was the array of food that was available for breakfast. I expected the usual bagel, some toast, maybe some cold cereal, but instead found a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles, pastries, etc. How nice! But what really sold me on this hotel was when I received the bill for the night's stay it was about $20 cheaper than what I had booked for through online travel website! Needless to say, my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with our stay at this hotel. When we travel to the Dallas area again, this will be the place we will stay at each and every time.
