  My family goes to Pigeon Forge several times a year. After staying at several different places, there is no doubt that this hotel is the best we've stayed in. The beds were great, room was very clean, and the staff was excellent. They have a really nice indoor pool with a waterfall, and a nice hot tub right next to it. Some kids were jumping off the waterfall (a no-no), and a member of the staff came out and told them to stop and apologized to everyone at the pool for any inconvenience. Also, it is right in the middle of Pigeon Forge so the access is great, and it's not difficult to get on the main road either. We will always stay there!

  Front desk employees were exceptionally nice & friendly. Loved that fact that this is a pet friendly hotel with a one time charge ($15). Elevators could have worked a bit faster but nothing that patience didn't handle. In hotel resturant was very good and came in handy while it rained and service was very good. Would have liked the hotel to be a little closer to the strip but it was within walking distance. Overall our stay was very good and relaxing.

  My husband and I booked a few nights here just to get away for Christmas. We spent Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after Christmas here. The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and nice and the lobby was very welcoming with it's real fireplace aglow! They are very dog friendly and only charged us 15.00 for the entire stay to have our little dog here. You cannot even tell it is et friendly. The rooms smelled clean! They also have a very nice indoor swimming pool. We are going to book this hotel again at Christmas this year. They are set away from the main stretch, so you hear no traffic noise. All in all....a wonderful value!!!

  I was worried about how the room would look. We arrived and the hotel staff was very nice and we had a very quick check in. The rooms were very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The pool was nice not huge but nice for a weekend stay. I really enjoyed this hotel and do recommend it.
