  Relocating to El Paso and waiting to move into my house. Planned to stay at property for 3 months; but only staying for 5 weeks and getting ready to move to a different property. Made a reservation in person nearly a week in advance for a handicap room, and followed it up with reserving the room online through FedRooms for specified rate. When I checked in, the handicap room I reserved was unavailable and they were going to charge me more than the rate I had guaranteed. They agreed to the rate I was quoted, then put me in a regular room for 1 night. On the 2nd day I was allowed to move into the room that I had reserved. Housekeeping is only once a week and certain housekeeping items (like tissues) were not available after 1st week. Called for maintenance twice for slow drain in bathroom sink - 2 guys showed up with a plumbing snake, went into the bathroom for 2 minutes, rattled off some stuff in Spanish to each other and then left. 2 weeks later problem is still not resolved. Reported light out over stove 4 days ago; never replaced. Office does nothing to stop guests from pounding, running, and dropping what sounds like weights or furniture in adjacent rooms, and violating local noise ordinances by playing car stereos at night club levels outside of guests' windows in the middle of the night. Someone tried to get into my room the other night around 1:30 am. I reported the incident and the office staff said I could move to another room. With 3 months' household goods in tow, I'm moving to ANOTHER PROPERTY, and won't be staying in another Extended Stay property.
