  Both my wife and I thought that the hotel was excellant. We were treated very well by the staff and agreed that this was a place where we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

  I found this hotel to be a great experience! I received a warm greeting, even at midnight when I arrived. (I needed that) I stayed 3 nights. They also have a self serve check in/out like at the airport. The room with a king size bed and sectional sofa was so cute. The design was clever. It made the room look and feel much larger than it was. The room neat and fresh looking. The bed was very comfortable, It was quiet at all hours. Complimentary WiFi for one day, though I don't know if there is a charge for another day. I didn't need to use it again. The pool was clean and refreshing. The fitness room had new, updated equipment. There was a great complimentary breakfast (fresh fruit, bagels, English muffins, cold cereal, yogurt, coffee, juices, and milk) was elegantly displayed. All of the employees were friendly and more that ready to be of assistance. I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Nashville. It's worth the short drive. I have already recommended it to my colleagues from that business trip.

  The rooms were very nice. The breakfast was ok. Not as nice as we would have liked. Not enough staff to help out with the breakfast items. Coffee was WAY too strong and we like strong coffee. The pool was closed. I wish they would have let us know up front so we could have stayed at a different hotel since their was nothing to entertain children. The staff were very pleasant and helpful though.

  The hotel was nice, clean and we had no problems until checkout. We had a bill under our door and when I looked at it I realized we were charged more than we paid on the Travel agency web site. I went to the front desk and initially was told that it was a tax and that I just had to pay. The lady was on the rude side and finally I asked to speak to a manager. He laid blame on Travel agency but finally did adjust my bill. I have never had this happen before. That's why I use Travel agency so I know what I am paying before I get there. It all worked out in the end but just be careful.

  This used to be an amerisuites until about aug 07. it has since changed to hyatt place and the upgrades and improvments that have been made resemble a 4 star ...

  This used to be an AmeriSuites until about Aug 07. It has since changed to Hyatt Place and the upgrades and improvments that have been made resemble a 4 star hotel. The beds are plush, the tv is a 60" HD flat screen and plenty of space in the room.
  
  I would HIGHLY reccommend this newly renovated hotel to anyone.
