  Location was perfect if you are into social activities. Plenty of restuarants and bars, along with entertainment remain around hotel despite closure of shops. Hotel is a bit pricey, but will stay again. Hotel staff and shuttle service personnel were friendly and great. There was a young lady working at the fron desk that has to be one of the most beautiful women in Dallas; very nice personality. Business center computer limited in use. If traveling on business, bring a laptop for use and info security.

  It was my first time in dallas and the staff was phenomenal! they were always there to answer any of my questions and help me out when i needed something. ...

  It was my first time in Dallas and the staff was phenomenal! They were always there to answer any of my questions and help me out when I needed something. The hotel is right next to the westend which is a great place to just go and hang out. Another great thing about it is that it's very close to the House Of Blues (about a 4 min walk, if that!) and also very close to a cool pub called "The Westend Pub"! I would recommend you stay at this hotel..plus free booze wed. afternoons in the mezzanine!
