  The staff at this hotel was exceptional, very courteous and helpful. I was able to check in earlier than the standard time, which was awesome. I liked the fact that the hotel ""checked up"" on my arrival by e-mail a few days ahead It was conveniently located near the bus terminal. The room is of older decor, but was very neat, clean, large with a huge bathroom and dressing area. Water was nice and hot and the water pressure great. I lost money in vending machine, but no biggy. Maintenance came right up when the head board slipped off the wall, as I was moving the bed to plug in the lamp that came un-plugged.

  The front desk service was very good and the room was large as compared to other hotels. I asked for a roll away bed and it was in the room when I arrived. Usually I have to call and ask where is the extra bed. The hotel was well kept showing no signs of disrepair. The lobby and the hallways were always clean. The AC and heat worked well and there was ample water pressure for the shower. There was no wireless internet in the rooms but there was an ethernet cable connection in the room, wireless was accessable in the lobby. When I asked for extra coffee for the room coffemaker they said how many do you need. The restaurant in the hotel was one of the best that I have eaten in, and I eat in many. If you are there over the weekend you must go to the sunday brunch, it is fantastic and if you are over 55 as I am let them know as there is a senior discount. We went there for a college competion at Binghamton University for my daughter and am considering going back for a weekend just because we liked it so much.
