  The front desk staff did not care if i stayed there or not - i asked for more towels since there was only one in my room and the front desk ...

  The front desk staff did not care if I stayed there or not - I asked for more towels since there was only one in my room and the front desk manager acted like I was a bother - They certainly act like they did not want customers at that hotel

  We stayed here on our way to Niagara Falls, and with a family with two kids, we were fortunate to find this nice hotel with friendly staff. We were especially surprised by the pillow top new beds..great sleep and good breakfast and it was free. Check this place out....did not have to pay a fortune either.

  This hotel needs major improvement staff not helpfull bad attitude from front desk person hotel smells room not clean.no breakfast coffee cold never stay again.
