  Located away from the I81 and the surrounding shopping district, do not stay at this hotel if you can't sleep through sirens. Hotel was very dated, room was dark and dingy, perhaps to hide the dirt. Water pressure in the bathroom was not enough to rinse your toothbrush. Hallways and stairwells were hot, muggy and smelly. We would have avoided the stairwells, but the elevator was broken from Saturday evening until noon on Sunday. Had to haul all our bags up and down three flights of stairs. Front desk clerk didn't know if we would be charged for making a collect call from our room. No remote for the TV and the air conditioner was very slow to cool the room, but Mike the maintenance guy was quick and pleasant and able to help us out. Only good thing about this hotel was the Sunday brunch which was included in the price of the room.

  The staff are all anxious to be helpful and are enthusiastic about their work. everyone made our stay most enoyable.

  We thought the hotel was very nice. we enjoyed the lounge and the sunday brunch was great. the worst part was trying to find it. the roads in watertown are ...

  We thought the hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the lounge and the Sunday brunch was great. The worst part was trying to find it. The roads in Watertown are weird. We will be back.

  I was surprized when I read the other reviews... Perhaps a lot of renovations were completed in 2008..I found the staff to be extremely polite and friendly. Thought the room was very clean and the place overall a great place. Got a haircut while there , ate nad drank in the hotel and loved cuz they were pet friendly !! Front desk staff exceptional

  The rooms were typical, comfortable, nothing super fancy, just your basics. and the people there where absoulutly wonderful! the bartenders were very friendly and funny, the receptionist was very helpful ...

  The rooms were typical, comfortable, nothing super fancy, just your basics. And the people there where absoulutly wonderful! The bartenders were very friendly and funny, the receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable of everything in the area, and the waitresses in the restaurant and lounge were just as sweet as ever. They really make a medium place just wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!
