• DON'T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!

  We stayed here the night before and after our flights out of elp and parked our van in their lot. the only good thing i can say about this property ...

  We stayed here the night before and after our flights out of ELP and parked our van in their lot. The only good thing I can say about this property is that our van was still in one piece when we got back. We called for their ""24 hour shuttle"" when we arrived at the airport about 10:15. We were told that the shuttle driver leaves at 10:00, so between 10:00 and 5:00 we have to get a taxi and the hotel will pay for it. It took us an hour and a half to get a taxi, when we finally got to the hotel they did not have the type of rooms we requested. We got to our room and the beds had been pulled out from the walls, the phone was pulled out of the wall, and it smelled like cigarette smoke. We went to the front desk and was given another room, which was IMPOSSIBLE to find. They had room 198 between rooms 178 and 182! The owner gave us $27 off our room, which was nothing compared to finally getting to our room at 2AM and having to leave at 11AM. Don't ever stay at this property, there is a Hampton Inn closer to the airport and much nicer. It was more expensive so we changed to BW. In hindsight, I wish we would have stayed there.

  This is an older property located on the frontage road to i-10. it is convenient to many restaurants. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. the perfume ...

  This is an older property located on the frontage road to I-10. It is convenient to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The perfume left by the cleaning staff permeated the room and did not dissipate. The bathroom tub had a leaky faucet and the tub contained small bugs. Upon turning on the lights in the bathroom several large roaches scattered.

  My friend's wife and i went down to visit him before dployment to iraq. the hotel was more than accomadating for all of us as well as other soldiers ...

  My friend's wife and I went down to visit him before dployment to Iraq. The hotel was more than accomadating for all of us as well as other soldiers from his platoon. The rooms came equipped with microwave and 3ft refridgerators. Also, they have a lovely looking pool and courtyard complete with a grill. The bed was fine. Maid service was courteous and cooperative. Front desk was helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying down there. It's minutes from the airport and with the help of travelocity, very affordable.

  I paid for my trip thru travel agency....i used my visa (debit card).....when i checked out, they asked me for a credit card to verify my identity....i ...

  I paid for my trip thru travel agency....i used my visa (debit card).....when i checked out, they asked me for a credit card to verify my identity....i gave them my visa (credit card).......they swiped it thru their machine without me knowing....therefore getting paid twice for the room.....i didn't notice this for two weeks.....when my husband checked the visa credit card balance.....he hit the roof'...first off upon check-out they definetly had to know the trip was paid thru travel agency(she checked in without showing her card) secondly...an audit of accounts and payments would have discovered the double payment.third....they would have known that the 2nd card had different numbers from the original card.... This in my opinion was illegal....also....it makes us lose faith in travel agencys vendors'....we filed a police report and we hope we are called to testify....the problems this caused at the holiday time disrupted our lives. stayer beware'.....judy

  My husband and I tried a couple hotels before coming here. The other two did not have rooms available with their printed coupons. This hotel did. The front desk man was nice. The room was clean and had just the right amount of decor. We had no problems whatsoever.
