  Room was clean, bathtub leaked water all over the floor, complimentary breakfast was terrible (cold coffee, no decaf, no milk for cereal, cold eggs, foul smelling sausage) really rude desk ...

  Room was clean, bathtub leaked water all over the floor, complimentary breakfast was TERRIBLE (COLD coffee, no decaf, no milk for cereal, COLD eggs, foul smelling sausage) REALLY RUDE desk staff. They didn't smile, or act polite. When asked for directions to a local restaurant the woman at the desk said ""There's a KFC across the street."" That wasn't what we asked for.
