  Room very quite and comfortable. Had a small problem the first night where the compressor made an unusual amount of noise, because of the temperature change outside. We were given the opportunity to switch rooms the next night and again the room was very quite and comfortable. Management said that air conditioner would be replaced on the first room. Each guests receive a snack bag when checking in which was a friendly gesture at no cost consisting of water and assorted snacks. Lots of places to eat within a couple of miles of establishment plus the mall across the freeway. Would stay again if in the area.

  The outside of the hotel was nice enough, but the room definitely is showing its age. It was clean and inexpensive which is all we required. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were pretty flat. The towels were very thin, and the toiletries minimal. For the price, though, I would recommend it. I would stay here again.

  This was my first hotel stay with my dog. The place seems pet-friendly. An extra $10 per night for your pet. Hotel appears to be recently purchased from the Best Western chain. Money is being put into the hotel. New doors, exterior paint. Roof still needs work in the back. Hotel was relatively quiet. Older clientele, not like by the BU campus. Completely new bath with tub, fixtures, tile, curtains, etc. Room has coffee maker, microwave and working fridge. Shampoo, soap, and hair dryer provided. Adequate linens provided. Nice cable TV selection. Bed was OK. Not the pillowtops that you see on the Super 8 sites. Carpet new, as was furniture. AC older and not really friendly to use. Bath extremely clean. Went to plug in appliance behind bed. Don't go there. Seriously needed major cleaning. Put dog bed on a corner. While doing that, found a Bud Light bottle cap. Clearly, cleaning needs more work. Electrical plugs and lighting need more work. From what I observed, money is still being pumped in and will probably be nicer down the road.
  
  Breakfast continental decent. Oatmeal, bagels, english muffins, cream cheese, cereals, juice, coffee, milk, fresh fruit. Does the job. Staff is really helpful and friendly. I had problems getting the door open. Staff told me how to work the card key on that particular lock and I had no problems after that.
  
  The most important thing to me was a quiet night sleep. I didn't hear anyone from 10:30 to 7:30 a.m.
  
  I would definitely stay here again. Dog-friendly and for the money and good night's sleep, it is a keeper.
