  Have stayed at many BWs and am a gold crown member but this was the worst. The toilet ran ALL night. The coffee maker only worked if you held the button the entire time and the carpet looked as if it had not been vaccuumed. Upon complaint after the first night I was assured it would be taken care of but it was exactly the same the second night. WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Hampton Inn is just next door and has better cusomer service!

  Arrived late from a long motorcycle ride and found that the hotel was pleasant but you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly and helpful but the room's carpet was damp from what i assume was a carpet cleaning not thoroughly dried. Staff allowed for motorcycle to park under the stairs and a place to lock it. Breakfast was continental and not as great as other Best Western Hotels. I would stay again.

  The first room we received was dirty. The table had crumbs on it and the toliet was not clean. This was not a great first impression. We changed rooms and this one appeared to be clean but we were uncomfortable because of the first room.

  I was a little disappointed with this hotel. Previous reviews led me to believe it was better than it was. Maybe my standards are too high. I normally stay at Holiday Inn Express, but this hotel was quite a bit cheaper and closer to the AFB where we were visiting my son. I would definitely say that I got what I paid for, but I would have been willing to spend more. The bed was very hard and the room smelled of a strong deodorant leaving me to believe that without the room deodorizer it would smell bad.

  Have stayed here twice in the last year. both times the staff was friendly and helpful; my room was clean, quite, and comfortable.
