  I cannot say enough nice things about the front desk clerk. she was awesome! the breakfast was great! the freeway noise was partially blocked out by my keeping the bathroom ...

  I cannot say enough nice things about the front desk clerk. she was awesome! The breakfast was great! The freeway noise was partially blocked out by my keeping the bathroom fan on. I was a little concerned on the second night of my stay as two doors down, a party was going on. Luckily, I believe the hotel staff dispersed the group as I did get a good night's sleep. I saw no bugs, the bed was comfortable, the room had a musty smell, but went away after the AC ran awhile.

  2 families stayed in this hotel the end of May 2008. We all had never had the honor of staying at such a wonderful hotel.....hotel is as a hotel is....very clean, beds comfy, plenty of desk space to work, hard wired internet, etc....but THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE! Never have we had the kindness, attentiveness, personal care that this hotel offers. RECOMMEND VERY HIGHLY. THANK YOU.

  Pool not filled - yet no info on-line that pool is only filled seasonally. limited towels in room, and bottom drawers in chest glued shut - so unable to be used. ...

  Pool not filled - yet NO info on-line that pool is only filled seasonally. Limited towels in room, and bottom drawers in chest glued shut - so unable to be used. Too close to expressway, so extremely noisy, as room doors open to outside.

  Easy to find, conveniently located to my destination, lots of restaurants around, clean, comfortable, quiet, good location, and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable, Shower had great water pressure, always a plus. Check in was easy, room was comfortable, check out was a breeze. All in all a great and convenient stay. I will definitely recommend this Best Western and stay here again.

  Checked in before noon, plenty of towels, pool towels available also. pool & whirlpool were great! clean room with micro & fridge. very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff!!
