  Room w/two full sized beds was over $. Long Island IS very expensive, but this room was very, very small to the point our luggage blocked the only walk area to the bathroom. The bathroom was super tiny and not as clean as it should have been. TV reception was poor and fuzzy. We stayed only one night and thank goodness for that. Staff was pleasant, but I doubt I will ever stay again.

  Stayed at this hotel for 9 days from Jan. 11-20, 2009. Nothing but good things to say. Front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and was more than adequate. Hotel is located in a very nice location. Would stay there again if we're ever in the area.

  Queen Room 226 was drafty, small, and smelled of smoke. I moved out after one night, then was unable to get a refund from Travelocity for the remaining days. I will never use Travelocity again for hotel rooms. Or for anything where they have a no exit policy.

  I had planned a last minute trip and booked at the Best Western Woodbury. This hotel was reasonable priced, and fitted my budget. All the others were more than I wanted to pay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They give me perfect directions. The hotel was nice and very clean, and includes free internet and breakfast.

  When we checked in we were given a room with no windows, just a skylight covered with a fiberglass shade, the kind you use to build chicken coops. When we asked to move to a room with a window, we were given a smoking room that smeeled so bad that we moved back to the room with no window. The desk clerk was rude to us and everyone else in line. Breakfast was ok.
