  I stayed here last winter for three weeks to arrange and attend to my aunt's funeral. Nothing worked right from the beginning: cards to open doors, heating, telephone and refrigerator. My stay was stressful considering the circumstances but the added frustration of having to have things fixed all the time added to my stress levels. The manager and receptionists did not have the attitude, "that the customer is always right." and made it feel as though I was being too particular. The driver of the van to the airport did not have the van ready upon departure and I had told them twice that morning of my departure. When he arrived, he then made me wait while he cleaned the kitchen area. In the end, I wasn't even compensated in any way for my stay. When I wrote to the manager, her attitude was, "Well we did fix everything for you!" The management of this place does not seem to keep things in working condition. The location was great and there were three restaurants within walking distance.

  Stayed for one night. Checked in (nice people), dropped off bags and went to dinner. Upon arriving back at the hotel, I discovered yellow stains on the back of comforter, white substance all over the blanket, and hair on sheets. I checked the other bed and it too had the white substance on blanket. when I really looked around, the room was covered in dust, not vacuumed well, hair in tub, and toilet was still dirty from previous guest. It was 1:00 a.m. when I called the front desk. They offered to bring more sheets, but it was late and I didn't want to have to make my bed, so I slept in my clothes. Upon check-out I asked for manager and he wasn't in yet. They said "sorry about the room". No offer to reduce rate, etc. I sent a letter to the manager, but received no response. There are many other places to stay at a similar price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.

  Stayed a night for early flight. Checked in at 5, dropped my bags and went out. Returned around midnight, discovered back of spread had large yellow soil spots. The blanket had unknown substance all over and sheets had hair. I checked other bed and it had the same. Looked around, entire room was dusty/dirty, toilet was dirty and hair on the wall in bathroom. Front desk only offered to bring me sheets. I slept dressed. I complained at check-out and was told ""I'm sorry"". Sent a letter to Manager, but received no response. Plenty of other properties available. Stay away from this dump.

  We used coupons to stay and wanted a jacquzzi room none available for first night but the lady at the front desk got one for the 2nd night and made arrangements for our luggage to be moved was very helpful. we had a great weekend. Have been back twice.
