  Don't be fooled by the photos. The grounds around the hotel are the best part of it. The insides are worn out. Horrible beds. It was like sleeping on a box spring. The place just looks worn out and in bad need of upgrading. Consequently, it does not appear clean, and for the most part wasn't. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. I will not stay here again.

  Our room was striped clean & worn. no tv channel list, phone book, dishes, dish soap, silverware, towel rack, laundry bag, etc. worn thin sheets + shower h/c reversed. not up ...

  Our room was striped clean & worn. No tv channel list, phone book, dishes, dish soap, silverware, towel rack, laundry bag, etc. Worn thin sheets + shower H/C reversed. Not up to Hawthorn Suites standards at all..
