  Room was dirty, had cigarette butts and ashes next to bed that had not been cleaned. airconditioner did not work good, phone did not work. lights were out in vanity ...

  Room was dirty, had cigarette butts and ashes next to bed that had not been cleaned. Airconditioner did not work good, phone did not work. Lights were out in vanity area. complained to manager to no avail.

  Shuttle bus comes only occasionally; front desk staff just don't care; wake up call wrong time; breakfast late and poor; pillows the cheapest hard kind. pick anywhere else!

  Room looked nothing like pictures. it was very dirty! trash all over the back lot. room needed alot of repairs. very bad neighborhood. people movingaround outside all night long.
