  This Was One Of My Worst Hotel Stays of all time . The staff is rude and incompetent. They advertised a $30.00 pet deposit,but we were informed upon check-in that it war $35.00 We were stuck in a room in the back of the hotel in a room that if you closed the curtains completely you could not close the door.there were drunks hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of day & night. The back parking lot is littered with broke glass & old tiles. All we were offered as recompense was 15% off our next stay at a DAY'S INN. This property should Either be sold or torn down. please do not stay here. If you do ,be very scared

  Well when we first got to destination we were just glad to finally find some place to lay our heads we work for a co. that does inspections for FEMA the second or third day goes by and a rain storm came in my wife and I awoke at like 2:30am to buckets of water was coming through the roof..we stayed up through the night saving their furniture and carpet for this they glady put us in another room (so nice) they did not comp the room or anything..Through out the whole ordeal nearly three weeks the maids where rude and to give you the best example. At ten o'clock one morning with a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN HANGING FROM THE DOOR WE HAD A MAID WALK IN OUR ROOM WHILE MY WIFE AND I WERE SLEEPING DEMANDING THAT WE NEEDED TO GO DOWN AT THAT VERY MOMENT AND PAY FOR OUR ROOM , WE HAD ALREADY BEEN STAYING HERE FOR OVER TWO WEEKS AND HAD BEEN TOLD THAT WE COULD PAY AT ANYTIME DURING THE DAY!! BY THIS TIME WE HAD ENOUGH CHECK OUT TIME IS 11 AM AND MAIDS ARE WALKING IN THE ROOM AT 10AM GET THE PICTURE.WELL THE MGR WHICH IS ALL SMILES TOLD MY WIFE HE WAS GOING TO FINALLY COMP THE ROOM FOR ONE NIGHT STILL CHARGED MY CARD WE HAVE CONTACTED CORPORATE AND THEY ARE UNHAPPY AS WELL

  This was the worst hotel experience I have had in many years. The hotel structure was horrid and the service was even worse. Rude clerks, reude housekeepers, and rude awakenings. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE
