  The Staff were so friendly. Judy at the front desk was so helpful. I was travelling with my adult son who has autism. When I asked for recommendations for a place for supper she gave me turn by turn directions to the Cracker Barrel. The rooms were clean and quiet. Yes, they were a little outdated - but I wasn't paying for the Ritz!!! Breakfast was fine - Ben enjoyed everything. I would definetely say there again if I was going to Rochester.

  his hote was not the Hilton but, we were on a budget it fullfilled our budget. The heat in the rooms were GREAT!!!. The customer service was Excellent!!!!. The hotel is close to everything from shopping, eating, gas etc. The hostess for the breakfast was so detailed made sure that all the beverages, bagels, make it yourself waffles bacon, eggs, saguage were always avaiable and HOT!!!.. She is a very excellent worker and handled the large volume of visitors very WELL!!. KUDOS. The breakfast sold us and we would definitely stay again.

  Although this motel room had some good features such as a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, I would not stay here again. The housekeeping was awful. The room, including the bathroom and bathtub was not touched during my stay. No vacuuming and no cleaning. The day I moved in, the bathtub had hair all over the place. It obviously had not been cleaned. The bed was made and clean towels were put in the bathroom. That was it. There is no window facing the parking area so you are not able to keep an eye on your car although there is a sign at the reception desk stating that there have been car break-ins in the area. The outside of the buildings are very poorly lit and I don't feel it is a safe situation for any woman travelling alone. I was in the most distant building from the reception area. I definitely would not stay here again

  First room smelled so bad of mildew had to move to anyother room. Second room it took 3 tries attempt to get in. Manage had to unlock door, said maid service blocked the room. Chair on floor did not have any leg so skirt on bottom of chair flowed into the room. Mold on walls in bathroom and black marks on carpet in main room. Toaster did not work. Dining area was brighter at night and at breakfast time. Would not recommend most desperate traveler.

  Good price, had pretty good features like a fridge in the room, internet access, and full cable programming. Room was a little cramped. The hotel itself is in the middle of pretty much every shopping plaza and eatery a traveler could think of. It is very easy to get on and off of I-390. I would stay there again. It is pretty much just on par with most places would would stay for a sub-$ price tag. The bar gets pretty busy, so if you would prefer a quieter room try to get one away from the main building.
