  I was scared that the male partyers who tromped up and down the stairs by my room all night would break down my door. i called the front desk every ...

  I was scared that the male partyers who tromped up and down the stairs by my room ALL NIGHT would break down my door. I called the front desk every hour from 1am until 5 and got no response except to be told that the the sheriff had been called several times. I was told that other guests were also complaining. The clerk at the desk when I checked out said she knew nothing about it and then slipped and let it be known that she did. I feel I should have had a reduction in my rate, since I never slept there Friday night. Saturday was fine. The staff appeared to be helpless against these people who ran up and down the stairs and drove noisily in and out of the parking space in front of my room. There is obviously little security at this motel.
  The wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom wall and the carpet looked dirty. This place will never get my money again.

  I loved this hotel. My husband and I always stop here whenever we want to get away for a little vacation. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean.

  The best feature was the bed. It was very comfortable with thick pillows. The room was on the first floor and was a non-smoking handicap room. The room was large and the bathroom was huge. There were lots of towels. The frig was iced over but did work fine. The microwave was small and stank of burnt popcorn.
  
  The biggest issues I had was that the door had to be pushed so it would latch. If you just closed it normally, it didn't latch. Also, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room but stank of smoke. That may or may not have been due to the fact that it was next to a smoking room. That and the microwave smell are why I gave it a lower rating for the cleanliness. The furnishings were nice but the carpet was kind of worn.
  
  I have to make another trip thru the area but I don't think I will stay here again.

  The room was dirty, hair in the bathtub. The smoke detector was hanging off and my son found a bug in his sheets along with some broken leaves. Breakfast was ok with the exception of the watered-down orange juice.
