    We loved the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept clean but they need to upgrade the towels. The Pool is in need of being redone...paint is peeling. We would deffinately stay here again.

    This is so nice and clean. they were very accomodating and so close to graceland. had a great experience! my daughter loved the morning waffles!!

  • Tried to rebook our usual room

    We were told the room for next aug. the dates we wanted were all booked.. but we found out later that some other people booked theres after we had left.. ...

    We were told the room for next Aug. the dates we wanted were all booked.. But we found out later that some other people booked theres after we had left.. SO THEY LIED TO US... We have stayed there for the last 3-4 years in Jan. and Aug. Didn't have the courtesy to ask us if we were going to rebook.. JUST GAVE OUR ROOMS AWAY..... They told us no rooms were available.. but found out NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!That is not a very nice thing to do.... WOULDN'T TRUST THEM TO HAVE YOUR ROOM RESERVED....... This was at the Days Inn Graceland in Memphis, TN

    We walked in and were met with the most unpleasant clerk. She was slow and very unplesant when checking us in. The place looked like Elvis may have passed by and was full of memorables. Our room seemed very dim and unpleasant. They were remodeling others around us and hopefully they will be better. We booked the room because they were supposed to be dog friendly. After we checked in they charged us an extra for our dog. No where had I seen that this was required. We had a coffee maker but no pot. Continental breakfast was slim but the coffee was okay. We won't return.
