  Only downside might be location for a vacation traveller. You have to get back on the highway to reach dining, shopping, etc. But for a business trip to north or northwest Dallas this is ideal. Best room I ever had in the low price genre. And my business happened to be not many miles away so I could avoid the bumper to bumper rush hour traffic in North Dallas.

  I"ve stayed in some 3 and 4 star motel/hotels that weren't this nice. My room was very clean, roomy, quite. Bed and pillows were fabulous. I stayed for 4 day's and I had family come by and they couldn't believe how nice for the price. Parking was well lite as well the facility. Maybe I was lucky, but I would highly recommend someone staying there. A little difficult to exit off I-35, but right at the off ramp (Vally View).

  BEWARE! Thats all I can say. We arrived to a dirty room and left with the same. Came back to the room one day and they were painting the room (WOW) we had to sleep with the window open all night. They have roaches, dirty rooms,they don't change sheets, and the service is no were to be found. Don't stay even for the $$$$. They comp'ed me one day of the three. That still was not enough

  The staff was friendly and most helpfull. The place is spotless. The rooms are clean and spacious. This was the best motel for the price that I have ever stayed at. I would recommend this motel to anyone who is looking to stay in Dallas.
