  I can see through the front door through cracks, plumbing is stopped up, room physically stnks, ac bad, sheets are nasty... goes on and on....and there is no pool!

  This hotel was awful from the beginning. there is almost no parking. the desk clerk informed me that my room's air conditioner was broken and i had to plug ...

  This hotel was awful from the beginning. There is almost no parking. The desk clerk informed me that my room's air conditioner was broken and I had to plug and unplug a 220-volt cord to make it work, which is both inconvenient and dangerous. I could not sleep because of a cricket infestation, and to top it all off a hotel employee knocked on my door at 7:30 a.m. to see if he could clean the room yet! I don't think this could have been a worse experience, and I hope anyone that reads this will not stay at this hotel. On the positive side, however, it was clean and had a very nice bathroom.

  room very clean, manager helpful, plenty of towels, good location as I had to be at Texas Tech the next morning. Within easy driving distance and plenty of maps and brochures available in the office for those who need them.

  This place is pathetic. The website advertises an indoor pool but there isn't a pool at all. They also offer a hair dryer on the website but there isn't one of those either. I would not recommend this place to my dog.
