  This was a very clean hotel and was very reasonably priced. The staff was freindly and nice. You are only about 2 or 3 blocks from downtown. The balconys have a great view of the mountains and surronding area's. Although the AC did not work on the second day our stay was very pleasant. We WILL stay again.

  We felt that this was a great location! It was close to everything but not in the main congestion areas and it was quite...right by the mountain stream that runs to the front of the aquarium. We walked to everything from our hotel (even the day that it rained)! The shower/tub was a little small as my husband is over 6 ft. The pools were not clean but when checking in we received a lower rate than when we booked (as to whether it was due to the pools or not...that was not stated but I noticed a van from a pool company was there so maybe they were having maintence done). We were very close to the office so our house cleaning came earlier in the morning than we would have liked. Overall we would stay in that hotel again if we ever find ourselves in Gatlinburg.
