  I guess for $ a night during the summer, this was a deal, if one is looking for a place to crash. The TV did not work. although I was so tired by the time I got there that I didn't bother to discuss this with the front desk. Be aware that the hotel is over the flight path of the airport, but this did not disturb me during the night; also, the entrance to the hotel is a bit hidden due to road construction. All in all, not bad for the price I got, but if it were more that, say, $ a night, I'd go elsewhere...

  I am disabled and discussed this several times when I tried to talk to management before my trip.I wanted a double room on the 1st floor - we were there for my mom's memorial service- anyway- I was booked a single room on the 2nd floor - no elevator. after some time - we got a ""deal"" - the jacuzzi room with a king size bed - so my nephew decided to bed down in the jacuzzi- he woke up with ants all over him! There was a leak under the bathroom sink that I did not know about that the garbage can was under - well when I needed to dispose of something in the can - over went the can and all the water - it flooded the bathroom - when I called the desk the girl brought 4 towels handed them to me and then brought me the mop - handed it to me and left. So if you have even the slightest disability - you wont get any help from these people. The cable was not working, the staff were not helfull, and the placed smelled bad all the time - and I brought fabreze with me and that didnt help at all.spend the cash and get to another hotel- this one is a big pass!!!

  When we were ready for bed we found our beds smelled of urine. we asked for a different room and were told no other room was available. this forced us ...

  When we were ready for bed we found our beds smelled of urine. We asked for a different room and were told no other room was available. This forced us all 4 of us to be as comfortable as possible in one (Twin) bed. During the evening my 13 year old daughter woke to find ants crawling on her. At checkout we informed the front desk about our experience only to find out the management was not available at this point. We left our phone number with the desk and asked to be called. We were in Buffalo the entire day shopping, with no phone call.

  Very smoky room, the continental breakfast was great, the front desk was handy with extra pillows and sheets. close to shops.

  In my opinion, this place should not be classified as a hotel. it is a motel with old, dirty carpets which smelled musty. the front desk area reeked of cigarette ...

  In my opinion, this place should not be classified as a hotel. It is a motel with old, dirty carpets which smelled musty. The front desk area reeked of cigarette smoke which billowed out of the front door as it opened. Had it not been for the fact that I paid for the room and the late hour of the night, I would have left immediately.
