  Don't buy till the last minute. Staffer said 12-24 hours before your probable check-in they dump everything onto on line hotel websites. I asked 3 times for help with the tv, was told they were smothered with check-ins, the hotel was packed. Nobody ever showed up. Staffer later told me the hotel was 40% full. I walked past reception twice to get things out of the car. A couple of men standing there chatting, obviously that's much easier than fixing my tv. Cooked-to-order breakfast? A line of 12 or so waiting 'till 1 kid with a small skillet got around to them. Our room was threadbare, hasn't been remodeled in ages, and it shows. Paint missing, tiles chipped and broken. The room had only a very small 'fridge and a smaller microwave. At $*plus a hefty local tax, you'd do better at a Red Roof or Hawthorne. It's now WAY over-priced. No, I won't be back, ever.

  This was a short 3 day business trip. Hotel is easy to get to on and off the freeway. The hotel room was terrific-living room, sink/fridg/microwave, and private bedroom with a door between the LR and bedroom. TV in LR and bedroom. Quaint interior, reminded me of the Grand Old Opry Hotel in Nashville, TN in a way. Delicious breakfast - complimentary and they cook the eggs for you, and a terrific restaurant with outstanding food. Gift shop has a lot of necessary and gift type items. I will be back for business, I will try to book here again and hope they have a vacancy.

  Loved it!! Suites were large living room (w/kitchenette) and a bedroom. There was an additional counter/sink in the bedroom so I could get ready while my husband was in the shower. Beautiful courtyard with waterfalls and koi ponds. Awesome free breakfast! Get hot food or continental style items or both. All you can eat. Huge $ value right there. A free computer in the lobby with printer. We were VERY HAPPY with this hotel. Not to mention that it was the most reasonably priced of hotels in it's category. Highly recommend this hotel!!
