  Room was very nice and ready when we checked in. Everything was clean. Very nice hotel. The staff was very pleasant. I was unsure after reading the other reviews, but I had a great stay. Alot better than some of the other hotels I have stayed in Lubbock. I would stay here again.

  The hotel was very nice and in a good location for our plans. The staff was very helpful everyday with all our questions and met every need we had. The rooms are very nice and very clean. Everybody we met there (Staff and guest) where some of the freindliest people I have ever been around. Even though I was wearing Nebraska Red and game day was that weekend I was treated like a King. Thankyou Radisson and thankyou Lubbock!!!!

  I checked into this hotel as a guest of someone else. Being a frequent traveler, i expect certain qualitites and service in a hotel. Upon check in, the room was dirty. We returned to the front desk and they sent us to another room, that was also dirty. Housekeeping was sent up right away to solve the problem, however, we had to leave the room while they got it cleaned. We decided to grab a bite to eat, but the restaurant was closed. We asked the front desk for directions to a good place to eat. They suggested their own restaurant and told us the food would be served in the bar since they don't open the restaurant in the evenings. I find this difficult and unprofessional since their restaurant was closed. They went on to me the GM demanded they promote their own facility first. I was disappointed that this hotel is a Radisson because I associate the Radisson name with upscale. This was hardly upscale. In addition, the pool area was dirty, plants had dead leaves, needs major cleaning. I don't recommend this hotel and will not return. The Super 8 next door has more to offer.
