  I would not stay here again despite a seemingly good deal on a 3 star hotel. The Sleep Number beds are so uncomfortable and if you do get to sleep on one you will have to fight waking up from the swarm of crickets that consume the building at night. I had crickets show up in my room too. Plus, this place is just in a bad location.

  The hotel was having a "fifty percent off sale" for the four nights I was staying there. So, the nightly cost was roughly the same as the standard rate at a Motel 6. That being said, how can I complain? Positive Feedback: The front desk provided restaurant take-out menus upon request (I had to go down and get them) and also called a reliable taxi service for me. Room air conditioner worked so well. Maid service was good. Negative Feedback: Pool had run out of towels BOTH times I used it. Room had some nicks and scrapes here and there. The balcony could have been cleaner. The TV itself, as well as it's navigation menu - terrible. If I had paid the standard room rate, I would not have been happy. But I didn't pay the standard room rate, so I'm happy!

  We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The entire hotel staff were wonderful. We had a speedy check in with very friendly front desk staff. We had excellent housekeeping services and the restaurant "The Red pepper Cafe" was great! We loved the sleep number bed. It was so comfortable. I hear they are going to have a Tikki bar this summer at the pool and we will be back!

  I read the reviews before booking my trip, and found the hotel to be much more. The hotel was a jewel i enjoyed the convient location to everything. the staff was wonderful and friendly, even the lounge and dining area were staffed with cordial good humored people. i could not ask for a better stay. i had guess that lived in Austin they saw the hotel during construction and could not believe how nice it was. The bed was pure heaven. the bar tender mixed some of the best drinks i have ever had. The front desk staff were real pros. i left something in my room upon checkout. they were all to happy to get me back in the room as the housekeeping was right next door.
