  Very friendly, helpful staff.... Although we arrived at the hotel late and went to the restaurant right before they closed at 10 p.m., they were very willing to serve us! The freeway was a little noisy at night, so you may want to ask for a room off of the freeway. Overall, very good experience. We would stay here again!

  Typical Sheraton. The reason the hotel lobby and restaurant is shown in the photos? they are the only nice parts of the property. Lobby has bad odor. Employees are typical for this chain, very focused upon when they get off work and upon memorizing the ""how can we not serve you"" customer manual. The room had some new furniture, bed was very hard and old. As with all sheratons they charge for wi-fi, phone calls, and everything thing else they can think of. If you can get this property for less than $ a night it may be ok but just across 635 is a very nicer hotel, stay there instead. Pool was old and poorly kept. One real nice feature - the fitness room was terrific.

  The hotel was convenient to three of the shopping malls, other shopping centers and several restaurants. Furthermore, the staff were extreamly helpful; even when there was a problem with my reservation. The rooms were beautifully decorated and I like that they upgraded their televisions to flat screens. However, the bathrooms are congested, but were well stocked (very clean) with towels and other necessities. Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

  I was travelling on business and decided to stay at this hotel because it is close to the Galleria. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaraunt and bar's food is good. I would stay here again.
