  The evening staff was extrememly courteours, positive and provdied excellent customer service. The room was very nice, with everything that I needed, and was very, very clean. The Room Service Staff was quick, efficient and courteous. The cookies were wonderful too. I would stay at the Doubletree on Sanderlin in Memphis, TN again in a heartbeat!!!

  The room was missing carpet base on the wall. The walls seemed to be paper thin, you could hear people in the hallway as if they were in the same room with you, very noisy and uncomfortable. The popcorn ceiling was scratched up badly. The overall room was basically the same quality you would find at a Motel 6. Not recommended for romantic getaways. Expected much more for the money.

  The pool was excellent. The service was excellent. My kids absolutely loved the courtesy cookies distributed at check in by the super friendly staff. The complaints that I have are the beds aren't very comfortable and the bathroom in our room was disgusting and had urine and vomit on it.

  Room was cold, had to turn the heat on high and leave for room to warm up. At check out time I just knew I was going to have to whip the girl at the front desk bc she had a serious tude. We were charged over $25 for breakfast and online it states complimentary breakfast. Not a bad place to stay but I wouldnt go back.
