  Good luck if you want to pay your room with more that 1 credit cards, our fist impression was not very kind, the lady in the front desk was on the phone telling some customers that she doesnt speak spanish so she cant help them. We ask (in english) if we can pay our bill with 2 credit cards, and she answer that this is possible, but she doesnt know how to do it, and she confirm us that we can pay our bill the next morning using to credit cards. Next morning we notice that the whole invoice was charge to the credit card we lend in guarantee, so we ask the lady to make reverse of this charge and to split the bill in two, to my credit card she make 2 debits and 1 change, to my friend credit card she made 6 diferent transactions, and we spent an hour without knowing what was going on. Its so sad, the hotel is very good located, but this kind of things are not very nice.
