  The front desk persons were not very helpful or friendly, just very curt, especially when we checked in because we were early,however the did get us our room in 20minutes.When I asked about whether the bed in room 201 was queen size, she said it was, and the queen size beds were all the same, I stated that we have a queen size bed at home, and it seem to us that it was a full size, it was uncomfortable, and the pillows were horrible! Now my husband & I have stayed their many times in the past because of the location and the breakfast,it is in the area where our family live, but since it has been remodeled, it just seems to me , that you want to cater to just business people instead of people visited for pleasure,plus your staf was much more helpful in the past, for the cost of the room, there should be better service, and while the breakfast area was bigger, it was very cold in that area as well as the hallways! The breakfasts were great! As far as I am concerned ,you should not have remodeled the hotel, if you can not give the same quality of services that you have done in the past.
