  I did not stay at this hotel because they didn't have my reservation. After my visit and talking to the Manager and seeing the property, I did not want to stay there anyway.

  While we had many choices for our stay, we thought the Knights Inn looked like a good choice for the price. What appeared to be a well-kept motel (lobby/parking area looked fine), the rooms were run down and dingy. Our first complaint was the N/S room we requested smelled like smoke and even had two ashtrays in it. With two small children ready to finally go to bed, it became too inconvenient to move rooms, although that was offered. They were convinced it was non-smoking, even though the ashtrays were the basic black often provided by motels. The walls were dingy, light fixture askew, and very limited towels. The beds were flat, at best. However, we did not feel unsafe, and it was not too noisy. The bright spot was the breakfast provided in the morning. Price wise, fine. I just suggest you check out the rooms, first, especially if you hate smoke.

  Our intention was to stay here-it looked fine. Once we checked in, though, we regretted our decision. The ""non-smoking"" room smelled like smoke, and the walls were dirty, light crooked, and generally in disrepair. Late night or we would have left. NOT a good idea for the family trip.

  Room repairs needed, towel racks, sink cracks, burns in carpet. water quality not good, could not drink it, bought bottled water. took showers and still felt dirty, slimy.
