  Courteous helpful staff, but dont know why they would continue working at this pit. Our cell...excuse me, ROOM hadnt been cleaned when we arrived at 10PM, but desk clerk cleaned it herself. Very small and cramped, and not enough parking spaces in front of rooms. Bed and pillows were as soft as warm marshmallows. Probably built in the 1950s, this place needs serious updating.

  When I arrived at the place noone was at the desk, used the phone on the wall to call but it did not work. Used my own phone and a few minutes later the person came. I prebooked my room so it was alright because I just filled out my paperwork and headed to the room. The room was nice and it was quiet. It was 30 minutes from where I needed to go. When it came to checking out, it was quick and I was off and running.

  The room was dirty. the bathroom was clean, but the toilet didn't flush right and the fan didn't work. tv didn't have local channels, just a few ...

  The room was dirty. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet didn't flush right and the fan didn't work. TV didn't have local channels, just a few national cable networks. Sheets were stained - though girl on duty changed them when asked to. Continental breakfast was a sticky bun in a package and coffee with artificial creamer (what, no real dairy products in central NY??) No radios or even clocks in the rooms. Area outside of room was full of spiders, some hanging directly in front of entrance. Pool was closed - in late August! Spend an extra bucks and stay somewhere else where the management cares about its customers.
