  If you're looking for a decent Hotel for a reasonable rate, this is not the place to stay at. There are no refrigerators, not every safe deposit box works, elevator does not work and a computer infected with a virus. Other than that, great walking location for restaurants and the beach.

  March 5, 2008 I woke up at 3:30am and found several bites on my arms. I flipped bed sheets over and found a bedbug. The night staff let me switch to a different room. One hour later, I got two more bites and I found a gigantic bedbug in the bed again! I had to pack and leave 5am. Wondering around on South Beach and trying to find a better hotel at 5 in the morning is a horrible experience. The next day, I had swallow arms and one huge red dot on my face. This totally ruined my Miami Beach trip. After that I had no interest what so ever to enjoy the beautiful Miami Beach. The hotel is old and dirty. Rooms are small and bathrooms are horrible. Window A/Cs sound like 77 Chevy truck. It has a great location - the only good thing about it.
  
  Now I can only pray for not bring any Greenview souvenirs home.
  
  Stay away from this hotel. Oh, by the way, it's not cheap to stay there. Plus tax it's $142/night.

  Guaranteed. did not matter. offered malabo hotel 4 miles away then offered no help. place looked really warn but appeared as though some people in town for art convention offered ...

  guaranteed. did not matter. offered Malabo hotel 4 miles away then offered no help. Place looked really warn but appeared as though some people in town for art convention offered big $$ and got my room so on Miami Beach's biggest weekend, Art Basel, I had to walk around and find another room at 3 times the cost.
