  This is one of the best hotels in New York, wonderful room, great location. Very spacious for New York City. The sleeping area was free of hallway and street noise. King bed with too many pillows. The bathroom was clean and amenities fine. All personal I encountered were friendly and helpful.

  I went with family and from the moment we got there it was a bad experience, we saw how that hotel room looked like a dump, and it was grungy. ...

  I went with family and from the moment we got there it was a bad experience, we saw how that hotel room looked like a dump, and it was grungy. Not only that but the ice machine was broken, the service was bad and took along time to get ice from room service I even found a hair in the bathtub. We checkout out immediately and didn't spend one night in that creepy place. We got a full refund and stayed elsewhere where it was really clean and the ambience was friendly.

  Always a pleasure - this hotel has it all, fabulous location, huge rooms, best service from all - they can't do enough for you. Love that the rooms has wireless internet through TV - do not even need your laptop! Also, a BIG plus is the small but serviceable kichenette with wide selection of coffee and tea, microwave, refrigerator and stove. Great when you are staying just overnight (for coffee next morning and snacks) - this hotel is well worth the price, easy walking to several nice dining spots plus in hotel dining is great too. Great gym, great business services, and everyone helpful and cordial.

  This was a very nice hotel to stay at. We stayed in one of the suites which was very very spacious! The room was clean. The bathroom was cleaned, and they cleaned or touched it up every day. This was the first hotel I ever stayed at where all of the bed linens were actually clean! When I requested an extra blanket, it arrived warm as if had just came out of the dryer! I loved the pillows and should have stole one:) it was so comfy!!! The roll away cot was the most comfortable one I ever slept on, it was like sleeping on a twin bed. The king size bed was comfy as was the couch. Room service was pricey and so was the restaurant, but this is NYC...everything is a little pricier. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff was also very helpful in fixing our heater in the room and getting the tv to work. The only downside is that the bathrooms were very small and virtually no counter space, but there were two bathrooms so we didn't have a problem when needing to use the bathroom. The towels in the bathrooms were also clean and fresh, unlike other places I've stayed. The kitchenette area was a seperate little room with a door, that had a full size fridge, sink and a microwave. There wasn't a coffee pot in the room for those of you who need their coffee:) There was plenty closet space...I believe 5 closets... This sweet was like an apartment...You could live there! This hotel was about 3 blocks from Central Park. The only place we didn't walk to was Times Square, Ground Zero, China Town, Little Italy or Soho. I will stay here again!
