  I have stayed at this motel many times before when it was called Amerihost. It was a pleasant stay each time. I have stayed here twice since it has been Baymont Inn and the experiences have been bad each time. The beds were uncomfortable, but when I complained I was told they were all the same. The towels, well if you can get enough bath rags and towels, they are rough to the touch and very thin. The room service was terrible. I stayed there a full week and they changed the sheets once while I was there. The Air conditioner was loud or not working. They seem to have a problem with thier televisions, like busted speakers or the movies you can oder does not work, and do not try to get maintenance at night. They are not on site except during the day hours and I think that shift is short. I may try them again at a later time to see if they get thier act together. I would not at this time. I will say this, the people at the front desk were friendly, and I think they did try to make it better, it just did not seem they were able to do much with what they had to work with.

  Check in was easy with online travel website, but it was all downhill from there.
  The air conditioner did not cool the room. We adjusted everything and waited, but no cool air came. We went to the front desk, where an accommodating clerk, was as helpful as possible. We moved to a room across the hall which was very cool, but not so clean. In the hallway a lady asked me if we had to move because of the airconditioning and she said there were 6 rooms of folks that had to move. Breakfast was just sweet rolls and cold cereal.The bath towels were thin and stiff. My husband said he could have read the newspaper through his washcloth.

  Room was very dated and dirty. Floor in bathroom had settled so toilet sat on a slant. Tub was dirty. Breakfast was poor. No one refilled anything. Spa had plaster peeling off and needed to be cleaned. Pool needs to be cleaned and resurfaced. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
