  Front Desk: Reserved King bedroom, non smoking room. When arrived, received 2 bed, smoking room. When went to front desk, was told that she could change to King room only because someone else had just cancelled. When told her my reservation was for King room, I received a 5 minute "Lecture" on why you should call the actual hotel to confirm your reservation after you make the reservation online. I told her if I reserve one room, that is what I should have. I shouldn't have to call to double check to make sure the hotel is doing their job properly. Pool: If travelling with children beware....nice kidney shaped pool. BUT it goes from 4 feet to 10 feet deep. No shallow end. Once off the stairs going into the pool, the water was up to my neck (I'm 5'4") Can't imagine trying to take children into it. You would have your hands full.

  I had a good stay in Watertown. I had one small problem getting my wireless to work but they took care of it right away.
  
  People were sper nice and went out of thier way. A bit older hotel, bt very clean. The food was great.

  Windows so dirty you couldn't see out of them. never received wake up call. pool hours were posted 8-10 but pool was only open 9-9. problem when ...

  Windows so dirty you couldn't see out of them. Never received wake up call. Pool hours were posted 8-10 but pool was only open 9-9. Problem when you don't get in until 9 pm and you have to leave by 8:30 am. Overpriced for facility.

  The hotel was very clean and the staff was so nice that anything that might have been a problem was overshadowed by their willingness to help.
