  Everything was great. My kids especially liked the fact that the roll-a-way was actually a real bed...very comfy! The only problem was in the morning the kids went to swim and the large pool was closed due to low chemical levels but the waterslide was still available. Wish we could have stayed longer!

  We were picked up at the airport fairly prompt. However we got to the hotel 20 minutes before 3 and our room wasn't ready. Our families rooms weren't ready either and a number of other people since there were groups waiting in the lobby for the magic 3PM. At 3 all crowds rushed the front desk to get to their rooms which overstressed the staff at the front desk and made a number of people frustrated. Room was clean except for the makeup on one of the sheets. The crib wasn't in our room when we arrived but when I asked at the front desk it was delivered within the hour. Sunday breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was reasonably priced and tasty. Other family spent time in the pool - we didn't have time, but it looked nice. Generally a nice stay except for the check-in process.

  It was a very nice experience, i would stay here again! hotel shuttle should of been more accomodating though!

  I stayed at the Ramada Plaze on February 1, 2008. I had a delightful visit. The hotel is large and absolutely beautiful. The Front Desk personnel were professional and polite and what a great restaurant they have! The food was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again!

  The restaurant was packed, but a little pricy for me and my sisters. They had a great jazz performance going on for everyone. The pool was a great place to relax and watch the kids play, and the tiki bar was excellent!!
