    The location is central to ut, great, quirky resturaunts on s. congress (recommend the magnolia cafe) and minutes from the numerous outdoor activities of zilker park and lady ...

    The location is central to UT, great, quirky resturaunts on S. Congress (recommend the Magnolia Cafe) and minutes from the numerous outdoor activities of Zilker Park and Lady Bird Lake. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The room although fine, smelled older than it really was. The primary concern that I had was the football fan who was sleeping off his 6th street post game celebration on the sofa near the lobby. I would have expected security to have escorted the student to his room or from the premises.
