  Hotel has poor response to customer needs / complaints. It was relatively clean but had a smell throughout the hotel. I have stayed at much nicer Super 8 Hotel than this one and will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. It has a good location but there are other chains that are cleaner and just as reasonably priced than this location. My vehicle was damaged in their parking lot and I was quickly advised they assume no liability.

• Non smoking? Hah!

  The idea that this was a non-smoking room was a complete joke. more than likely an old smoking room simply had a "no smoking" sign placed on the door ...

  The idea that this was a non-smoking room was a complete joke. More than likely an old smoking room simply had a "No Smoking" sign placed on the door just prior to our arrival. Stepping off the elevator was like walking into a stale ashtray. The room and whole floor smelled like old cigarette smoke. Made the whole place feel dirty. We chose the place based on price and other reviews.

  I probably would not stay here again. looks good on the outside, but the rooms need updating. the bathroom was clean, but not ""inviting"" to bathe in.
